Vendor banking change — by an agent
An AP agent updates a supplier’s bank account ahead of a payment run. xSIGNAL detects the change, recognizes the field as high-risk, and alerts the vendor owner, AP and security at once. Until a named person confirms it, the change is escalated and held for review. When the payment run goes out, the record is verified and the decision trail is intact.
