Agentic AI Security for ERP, HCM and CRM
AI agents are becoming users of your systems of record. xSIGNAL makes sure every action they take is seen, governed, and verified.
The problem
Your controls were built for people.
Your ERP, HCM and CRM vendors are shipping AI agents that update records, approve transactions and move money — inside the applications you’re accountable for. Each of those actions carries the same risk as a person doing it, at machine speed, and often with broader permissions than any single employee would be granted.
Role-based access, approval chains and segregation of duties assume a human clicked the button. An over-permissioned, misconfigured or compromised agent changing vendor banking details looks like normal application traffic to your SIEM — and by the time the payment run goes out, it’s a recovery problem, not a prevention problem.

How xSIGNAL addresses it
Every agent action is a signal.
xSIGNAL captures changes made by agents alongside those made by people, across ERP, HCM and CRM, without touching the vendor’s application.
Anomalies are detected, not just logged.
Rules and AI flag the actions that shouldn’t have happened — sensitive fields, unusual targets, off-pattern timing, actions outside the agent’s mandate.
A human is always in the loop.
Flagged actions go to the right owner and to security, on Teams, Slack, email or SMS, with automatic escalation if nobody responds.
Closure is verified against the record.
xSIGNAL confirms the system of record ends up in the right state — corrected, reversed or affirmed — and keeps an audit-ready, exportable history of who decided what and when.
Worked example
Vendor banking change — by an agent
An AP agent updates a supplier’s bank account ahead of a payment run. xSIGNAL detects the change, recognizes the field as high-risk, and alerts the vendor owner, AP and security at once. Until a named person confirms it, the change is escalated and held for review. When the payment run goes out, the record is verified and the decision trail is intact.
Closing
Insider risk, account takeover and payment fraud have always been ERP problems. Agents don’t create a new kind of threat — they remove the friction that used to slow it down. xSIGNAL extends the controls you already rely on for human users to the agents now working beside them.
