About Us

Anomaly Detection & Resolution

The xSIGNAL platform addresses challenges faced across multiple industries and use cases not typically addressed by an organization’s systems of record such as HRMS, ERP, and SIS.  Drawing on our deep background in Enterprise Security and Student Success, and understanding that Corporate Communications is a mess, we crafted a solution that makes core applications better – reducing costs and losses, driving operational efficiencies, and improving student graduation rates.

As a start-up, innovation is our DNA. As we were originally conceiving the platform and trying to figure out our industry and solutions focus, we realized virtually every back-office application was not built to address anomalies driven by users or malicious behavior.

  • When an employee’s direct deposit bank account number is maliciously changed, unless the employee and the Security Office are notified, the change goes unnoticed until the employee’s pay doesn’t hit their bank account.

  • When an employee gets stuck in a Self-Service transaction and a Help Desk representative is unavailable for immediate guidance and resolution.

  • When a student can’t register for class because there’s a Hold on his/her account and a representative from the Registrar or Financial Aid office is unavailable for immediate guidance and resolution.

xSIGNAL addresses these and a virtually unlimited set of anomalies encountered in day-to-day use of complex business applications.

Our Vision

We see a world where employees and students are supported  and protected rather than left to figure it out themselves. We believe that back-office systems were built to perform important tasks but not to be a friendly companion to their constituents. We want to make everyone’s work life or college experience better.
